(More customer reviews)Great frying pan. I was able to heat it properly using the water test shown on rouxbe's website and thus no sticking issues. I made tri tip steak with wine sauce, using the sucs left from the steaks, so yummy. The pan looks as good as it performs. I own the 9.5" SS model.

King Kooker 30-Quart Stainless Steel Turkey Pot Package Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this pot for homebrewing. It is certainly adequate for that purpose, but there are some things I wish I had known ahead of time. First, the bottom of this pot is "raised" (not flat), making it unsuitable for use on an electric stove. Second, the pot is much taller than it is wide, which helps with boil-overs, but makes it a bit awkward to handle, especially for things like lifting into an ice-filled sink, or pouring the wort into the fermenter.
It gets the job done, but now that I've used it a few times, I don't think I'd recommend it as a brewpot.
(Also, the lid is not as-pictured. It's cheaper than the one shown here.)

(More customer reviews)This is a very robust piece of cookware. I give it a 3 star because realistically, you'll only be able to use one side, so pick which one you will want to use and stick to it. The reason is, once you've got one side all good and seasoned, when you flip it to use the other side, that seasoning you worked hard to get will warp and you have to start over; Also, whatever you cook on the other side will taste like stove burner because that's where it's been all this time!

(More customer reviews)I picked this cooker up from Costco for under thirty bucks. If you don't want to spend a lot on a computerized rice cooker, this is the one for you. It's the cheapest fuzzy logic rice cooker on the market, but still makes great rice. It doesn't have a bunch of extra functions you'd never use, just white rice, brown rice, quick rice, and steam cook.
You have to play around a little with the amount of water when cooking the rice. If it's too dry, just add a little bit more water and leave it in keep warm mode for about 15 minutes. If you're planning on using keep warm mode, you also have to add a bit more water to keep the rice from burning to the bottom.
I've used mine for everything from steaming veggies to making steel cut oats. One thing I particularly like is that when you set the timer for steaming, it doesn't start counting down until the water is actually boiling.
The only thing I'd like better was if there were extra internal bowls available. I had originally bought this one thinking to use it until I got a more expensive rice cooker, but that purchase has been put on hold indefinitely simply because this one works so well.
To make steel cut oats, I use the brown rice function due to the long soaking time. Just add 4 cups water to every 1 cup of oats. Also add pat of butter or a bit of oil to the water to keep it from boiling over, and a pinch of salt. You can add raisins or other dried fruit if you like. I usually make a double batch, and it comes out perfect every time. Perfectly cooked with that unique chewy steel cut oat texture. No more soaking and making it on the stove for me.

(More customer reviews)I've used this pot a couple of times since I've bought it for both cheese and chocolate fondues. Overall I'm very pleased. The food is cooked quickly and the clean up time is very fast and easy. The magnet holding the heating cord is genius. When it gets too hot simply remove the cord.
I can think of only two negatives. The cord is very short making it difficult to use. I find the best way to use it for company is to heat the fondue and then carry the pot. Also I'm not sure the heating control is calibrated correctly. The warm setting produces violent bubbles in the fondue. I'm afraid to see what 500 degrees will do.
