(More customer reviews)This fryer does its job very well. The one problem is heat--the outer shell gets very hot so it is not good around children. It is easy to clean and has a good filtration system. I would recommend it for anyone who really likes fries.

It is a larger fryer and takes lots of oil, but it is also nice because it is large. We just made french fries and hush puppies in it tonight, yummy. I would recommend this item to a friend.

I took the advice of the prior reviewer and kept the temperature at 350 degrees instead of the recommended 375 degrees and everything has come out perfect. Fried chicken is so juicy and crispy,it doesn't soak up any oil!.I highly recommend buying this,it is also a snap to clean!!

(More customer reviews)If you haven't used a wok lately (because the stove top woks require so much care etc) give this a try! Non stick WOK stir fys food quickly and cooks evenly. It has a huge capacity (6 quartz) which makes it great for family and entertaining. Temp contol from sear to keep warm (very useful). It has a glass see thru lid, and it comes with a steamer basket, that I use to do Veggies, freshen up the bread etc. This is a great unit that I use almost daily. This is the second Wolfgang appliance I have purchased. I am very pleased with the thought and attention to detail on these products.

Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 13-Inch Deep Skillet Review

(More customer reviews)The skillet is a replacement for the other 13 inch calphalon skillet. The coating came off so my daughter bought me another one. The pan heats evenly and cooks great. I don't think the quality is as good as my old one. I am not going to use the new lid because it slips around too much. The old lid fits on the new pan tight and makes a good seal so I use it. I am on the fence as to weather or not I will purchase another one in the future.
