The wok also isn't as non-stick as one would hope.

(More customer reviews)If you haven't used a wok lately (because the stove top woks require so much care etc) give this a try! Non stick WOK stir fys food quickly and cooks evenly. It has a huge capacity (6 quartz) which makes it great for family and entertaining. Temp contol from sear to keep warm (very useful). It has a glass see thru lid, and it comes with a steamer basket, that I use to do Veggies, freshen up the bread etc. This is a great unit that I use almost daily. This is the second Wolfgang appliance I have purchased. I am very pleased with the thought and attention to detail on these products.
