These stainless steel beauties will stand up to your biggest BBQ parties. They have a nice length to them which will keep your hands and arms clear of the BTUs. The thickness of the steel is guaranteed to last, you can feel the quality of these tools immediately.

I purchased these because they matched the 2002 model of Weber Genesis Gold series, but they really would shine on any model or manufacturer.

The two double sided cooking plates are Teflon coated steel; they're easy to install and remove, and because the plates are non-stick and removable, they're a fast clean. I enjoy the fact can use both grill and griddle at the same time. This is great for cooking for my family, too, because it has plenty of grill surface. The plates always heat up evenly and quickly, and the temperature control gives me a ridiculous amount of control over my food's preparation. The excess grease, when using the grill side of things, runs off into a collection troth that neatly hides and stores inside the grill between the two plates. When releasing the spring-loaded plates from the grill, the rest grease gets collected in the troth as well. It's great to pull out on a lazy Saturday morning or for a quick meal before going out. I'm thoroughly impressed.

The thickness of the pot is not very thick but the amount of items that you receive with the set is great. I would recommend this only if you are going to use it a few times a year, but not daily.
