The wok also isn't as non-stick as one would hope.

It provides the high heat necessary to make the flash cooked, crisp and tender vegetables in Chinese stir-fry cooking. We cook one dish right after another with ease. It is a real joy to use this wok. I wish I had one in my kitchen. We keep it on the lania and use it everyday.
